頻閃儀(臺(tái)灣普凱)是控制光源的發(fā)光、用點(diǎn)的頻率快速閃動(dòng)達(dá)到被測(cè)物體的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)或運(yùn)動(dòng)速度接近或同步時(shí)，可以輕松的觀看到速運(yùn)動(dòng)物體的表面質(zhì)量和運(yùn)行情況。

1.POKAI之?dāng)?shù)位化閃頻儀提供了各式精密之閃光,藉以測(cè)量任何快速運(yùn)動(dòng)體之速度,以及觀測(cè)其運(yùn)動(dòng)中之真實(shí)靜止影像,或是慢速影像,進(jìn)而,讓工業(yè)界或?qū)W術(shù)界得到正確之測(cè)量,觀察,分析以及攝影.
2.    DS-170 & DS-180 系列之閃頻儀,除具備般"內(nèi)部信號(hào)手調(diào)同步"功能以外,另增具"外部信號(hào)自動(dòng)同步"之功能.  如由該外部同步信號(hào)直接輸入,或是藉由檢測(cè)器或近接開關(guān)所撿出之"同步運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)信號(hào)"輸入本機(jī),并切選于EXT模式時(shí),無論被測(cè)物之速度為何,該被測(cè)物將顯現(xiàn)出持久而穩(wěn)定之同步靜止畫面.  此功能對(duì)于監(jiān)控直線運(yùn)作之工作物體,尤其有效.
3.    採(cǎi)用短發(fā)光時(shí)間之設(shè)計(jì),以及亮度之輸出,提供了操作者在捕捉同步靜止畫面時(shí),極致的清晰度.  此外,本機(jī)除了配備壽命之德燈管以外,配合了長(zhǎng)壽命之閃光電路設(shè)計(jì),表現(xiàn)出無與倫比之燈管使用壽命,般而言,具有達(dá)3.5億閃次之使用壽命.  絕非大多數(shù)之歐美產(chǎn)品可比擬的.
4.    本機(jī)之外部信號(hào)輸入插座內(nèi),已具備了各式檢測(cè)器或解譯器等所需之電源(DC12V,100mA),不必另行製作DC電源.  對(duì)于操作者在製作同步運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)信號(hào)時(shí),極其簡(jiǎn)便.  以KT5W為例,另請(qǐng)參閱4-1-1.
5.    如單燈設(shè)計(jì)之PK-DS-170所投射出之照射畫面尺寸,不能滿足使用者之需求時(shí),多燈組之設(shè)計(jì),例如PK-DS-180之系列中,有2燈組,3燈組,更有4燈組,以及極效率之短型3燈組,提供了各式不同之品簡(jiǎn)機(jī)械上,不可或缺的佳選擇.

The POKAI Digital Stroboscope is a versatile flashing light source that is used to measure the speed of fast-moving objects or to produce the optical effect of stopping or slowing down high-speed motion for purposes of observation, analysis, or high-speed photography.

Flashes of PK-DS-170 or PK-DS-180 Series not only can be internally controlled by the 10-turn Flash Control Knob, but also can be externally triggered by the external synchronous pulse.  In the“EXT”mode, the flashing light is simultaneously triggered by the external synchronous pulse to obtain completely stopped images of moving objects all the way.

Super-bright light and short-duration (≒25usec.) of the flash light provide maximum clarity of stopped images.  Besides, the excellent design of flash lighting also provide typically more than 350 million flash life times, longer flash life than most of American or Japanese products.

The power source of proximate switches or sensors (+12Vdc, 100mA) was built in the terminal of Signal Input Socket for operators to generate external synchronous signals easily, for example, SICK KT5W.  Please refer to fig.4-1-1    

If the flash project-area for PK-DS-170 is not wide enough to obtain stationery images of moving objects for the user, a wide ranges of the Wide-beam Stroboscopes (PK-DS-180 Series:PK-DS-180, Pk-DS-180L, PK-DS-180L4 and PK-DS-180S) will provide you for a proper choice.

頻閃儀手調(diào)內(nèi)部信號(hào)模式下之操作步驟:
   開機(jī)前,請(qǐng)先確認(rèn)本機(jī)之適用電源,是否吻合即將插入之AC電源插座.
1. 按下“功能選擇開關(guān)”之INT模式.
2. 電源插頭插入正確插座后,按下電源開關(guān),本機(jī)即刻開始閃光,數(shù)字幕上也同時(shí)顯示其閃光每分鐘之速率(FPM). 
3. 將閃光之光線照射向被測(cè)物體.
4. 由頻往低頻方向,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)“速率調(diào)整鈕”,直到被測(cè)物體顯現(xiàn)出第1個(gè)同步靜止畫面為止.
5. 讀出數(shù)字幕上所顯示之?dāng)?shù)值,即是該被測(cè)物體之每分鐘工作次數(shù)(或稱RPM;或稱FPM).
備注: 為確認(rèn)上述之同步靜止畫面,可藉由該被測(cè)物體之外型、輪廓、標(biāo)記等等,來確認(rèn)是否與停止不動(dòng)時(shí)之畫面完全相同.

As a characteristic of Digital Strobes, the frozen motion may appear when the displayed RPM is 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 etc. of speed for the rotating shaft, and sub-multiple illusion of frozen motion also may also appear when the displayed RPM is 2, 3, 4, etc. times of speed for the rotating shaft.  For references, please see the following fig. 3-2-1 and fig. 3-2-2.
        To obtain correct RPM, it is a better way to turn the Control Knob from high speed down to low speed, until the first stationery image appears. At this time, its flash rate displayed on the strobe is exactly at the same speed as the motion.  Furthermore, adjust the control knob to twice the displayed flash rate to see whether the double illusion of frozen motion appears or not.  If yes, the first stationery image is firmly confirmed.

靜止畫面之性說明:
  今以被測(cè)物之轉(zhuǎn)軸為例,當(dāng)本機(jī)由頻往低頻調(diào)整,并照向該轉(zhuǎn)軸時(shí),將會(huì)出現(xiàn)如圖(3-2-2)之各式靜止畫面.  至于該等畫面與該轉(zhuǎn)軸轉(zhuǎn)速之關(guān)係,請(qǐng)參考下表(3-2-1):
  經(jīng)由下表得知,調(diào)整本機(jī)之速率于3000rpm時(shí),靜止畫面之Images數(shù),僅1個(gè).也就是該轉(zhuǎn)軸之真正速率(RPM).  此時(shí),圖(3-2-2)上之“1 time”畫面,可稱為“同步靜止畫面”.    換句話說,其他之“靜止畫面”皆是假象.
為免除以假象之靜止畫面,來讀取錯(cuò)誤之RPM,應(yīng)依如下之操作法:
A: 測(cè)速時(shí),必須由頻往低頻調(diào)整本機(jī),直到顯現(xiàn)出(僅1個(gè)Image 畫面)同步靜止畫面.   讀取數(shù)值,即為RPM數(shù).
B: 此時(shí),如希望更確認(rèn),則可將調(diào)整器調(diào)到上列數(shù)值之2倍位置,來確認(rèn)是否出現(xiàn)2個(gè)Images? 如是,上述之RPM數(shù)值,必定正確了.

頻閃儀自動(dòng)同步外部信號(hào)模式下之操作步驟:

1. 假如被測(cè)物體之機(jī)械上,已內(nèi)建同步反應(yīng)之信號(hào),請(qǐng)直接將該信號(hào),依圖(4-1-1)所示,接入本機(jī)之輸入信號(hào)插頭即可.   [備注]:本機(jī)之輸入模式為PNP,如需改為NPN,則請(qǐng)并聯(lián)跨接個(gè)10K(1/4W)電阻,如圖(4-1-1)之標(biāo)示位置,變換為NPN之輸入模式.
2. 如果沒有既有之同不信號(hào)時(shí),請(qǐng)架設(shè)被測(cè)轉(zhuǎn)體之信號(hào)檢測(cè)器或標(biāo)志信號(hào)檢測(cè)器,以SICK KT5W為例,架設(shè)于離印刷膜面9m/m.
3. 將SICK KT5W之3條色線,依上圖(4-1-1)所示,銲接于正確之耳機(jī)插頭上(本機(jī)之配備):
(a)分別將棕色線銲接于耳機(jī)插頭之小銲片. (b)黑色線銲接于中銲片. (c)而藍(lán)色線銲接于大銲片. (d)讓白色線空接.
4. 將耳機(jī)插頭插入本機(jī)之信號(hào)輸入插座,并按下功能選擇鍵之“EXT.”后開機(jī).  此后,本機(jī)之閃光速率完全由標(biāo)志檢測(cè)器下方之印刷圖面速率來同步控制閃光,換言之,每印1張圖面就產(chǎn)生1次閃光,反之,印刷中之圖面永遠(yuǎn)受閃光同步儀之光線同步而顯現(xiàn)出靜止畫面,如同停止不動(dòng).
5. 在本節(jié)之操作中,因?yàn)楣δ苓x擇開關(guān)選擇于EXT.,閃光光線是完全受外部信號(hào)輸入端之輸入信號(hào)所控制.   因此,于此模式下,假如調(diào)整本機(jī)之速率調(diào)整器完全無效.

The operation of Stroboscope on Rotating Object or Repetitive Object has been explained in the aforementioned units.  However, owing to the unique characteristic for the operation of moving object under repetitive motion, such as that of the Press & Inspecting Machine, this chapter is designed to explain the details of such operation.
    Because the application and operation of Stroboscope on Press & Inspecting Machine is not exercised for the purpose of measuring the rotating speed of Print Cylinder or Motor, but to monitor the printing quality by obtaining the Synchronized Static Images of the printed pictures in Printing Film.  In other words, if the operator wishes to adjust the flash rate of Stroboscope under INT mode, such adjustment should be based on the frequency of pictures printed per minute, rather than meters printed per minute.
    In practice, for example:  Assume Press & Inspecting Machine may print 100 meters per minute and the length of the printed pictures is 10 cm, then such Press & Inspecting Machine may print 1,000 pictures per minute.  The following is how it is calculated.
1 meter ÷ 10 cm = 10 pictures (meaning 10 pictures is printed in every meter)
10 pictures × 100 meters (per minute) = 1000 pictures (per minute)
    Under such circumstances, the operator may easily obtain clear Synchronized Static Images if the flash rate of Stroboscope is adjusted to 1000 FPM.  Therefore, under INT mode, the Synchronized Static Images may be easily obtained, if he or she calculates how many pictures may be printed per minute at first.  The capacity of press machine may also be easily conversed by such method.
    However, the above algorithm is not needed if Stroboscope is linked with Mark Sensor under EXT mode.  The reason is that under such circumstances, the flash rate is totally controlled by such Mark Sensor and the pictures in printing process may appear Synchronized Static Images any time.  Please refer to chapter 4-1 for detailed description.

閃光同步儀對(duì)于圓轉(zhuǎn)體或反覆工作體之操作,已經(jīng)在前面單元內(nèi)有所說明,但是對(duì)于直線工作之被測(cè)物,如印刷機(jī)及檢品機(jī)等之操作,則較顯殊. 今另闢本單元來說明.
因?yàn)楸緳C(jī)在印刷機(jī)或檢品機(jī)之應(yīng)用操作上,并非是用來測(cè)得“印刷滾筒或馬達(dá)”之轉(zhuǎn)速,而是希望獲得“薄膜上被印出圖面”之同步靜止畫面,藉以監(jiān)控其印刷品質(zhì). 換言之,本機(jī)如在INT模式下,欲調(diào)整閃光速率時(shí),應(yīng)依據(jù)“每分鐘拉出多少?gòu)垐D面”之頻率來調(diào)整,而非依據(jù)“每分鐘拉出多少米”調(diào)整.
在實(shí)務(wù)上,茲舉例如下:
假設(shè)印刷機(jī)或分條機(jī),每分鐘印出100Meters,且印出之圖面長(zhǎng)度為10cm,則該等機(jī)械每分鐘應(yīng)是印出1000張圖面. 其計(jì)算方法如下:
1 米 ÷ 10cm = 10張……………表示每米含括10張圖面
10張 × 100米(每分鐘) = 1000張……表示每分鐘印出1000 張圖面.
此時(shí),如將本機(jī)之閃光速率調(diào)整到1000FPM后,即可輕易獲得清晰之同步靜止畫面. 因此,如擬尋找直線運(yùn)送中圖面之同步靜止畫面,應(yīng)預(yù)先以上列之計(jì)算法,算出每分鐘印出多少?gòu)垐D面后,再來調(diào)整本機(jī)之閃光速率,將可較輕易獲得其同步靜止畫面. 同理,也可輕易地?fù)Q算出該等機(jī)械之產(chǎn)量.

7-1   警告:
(1)   因?yàn)榧词龟P(guān)閉電源后,危險(xiǎn)電壓仍存在這些閃頻儀的內(nèi)部電路,因此強(qiáng)烈建議切勿以裸露的手指去碰觸任何電路.
(2)   為了安全起見，打開機(jī)箱之前，請(qǐng)務(wù)必先拔開電源插頭，再等待3
      分鐘后才進(jìn)行。

 WARRANTY:
The warranty attests the quality of materials and workmanship in our product. When difficulties do occur, our service engineers will assist in any way possible. If the difficulty cannot be eliminated, please contact our Service Department to remedy it.  Be sure to mention the type and serial number of the stroboscope.

 送修前，請(qǐng)先完成如下之故障排除步驟：
(1) 當(dāng)閃光出現(xiàn)不連續(xù)或是不穩(wěn)定時(shí),請(qǐng)先進(jìn)行如下步驟:
(A) 首先,請(qǐng)先確認(rèn)顯示閃光速率的數(shù)字顯示幕,是否正常受頻率調(diào)整鈕的調(diào)整而變動(dòng).   如果不是,請(qǐng)聯(lián)絡(luò)我服務(wù)部門尋求維修.  如果是的話,則請(qǐng)繼續(xù)下列之步驟.
(B) 請(qǐng)檢查閃光燈管的年歲是否已經(jīng)久遠(yuǎn)了,或是該燈管的玻璃內(nèi)是否已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)暗黑現(xiàn)象了.   如果是的話,般而言,依照7-4章節(jié)來更換個(gè)新燈管,就可以恢復(fù)正常了.   反之,如果不是,也依然建議先更換該燈管,來確認(rèn)是否需要尋求我服務(wù)部門來維修.
(2) 如果完成上述之排除步驟了,仍出現(xiàn)故障的情形時(shí),請(qǐng)與我服務(wù)部聯(lián)繫.

1. If you found abnormal flash lighting, please proceed the following steps at first: 
2. First of all, please confirm the Digital Display of flash rates is normally varied whenever Flash Rate Control Knob adjusts the rates.                             If not, please contact with our serviceman.                     If yes, please follow next step.
3. Check the flash lamp whether it is aged enough or turns to be much dark inside the glass of the Xenon tube.                          If yes, generally it means the tired flash lamp needs to replace a new one, please refer to Chapter 7-4 to change a new one to resolve the problem.                                             If not, we still suggest to change a new one to assure whether it needs for service or not.
4. After these things were accomplished and still out of order, please contact with our Service Department to remedy it.

每當(dāng)POKAI閃頻儀無法閃光，閃爍不正�；蚴欠浅Ｎ⑷醯娜�亮（連續(xù)電�。�時(shí),該氙氣燈應(yīng)及時(shí)更換。
       更換氙氣燈之步驟如下：
A.  拔下電源線后，至少必須等待3分鐘后,才可以繼續(xù)。 其次,即使已經(jīng)拔掉電源了,仍然,切記不可以裸露的手指去碰觸任何電路.
B.  轉(zhuǎn)出透明鏡片上之4個(gè)螺絲后,取下該透明鏡片。
C.  抓住它的玻璃外殼,同時(shí),以個(gè)擺動(dòng)向外拉出的力量,將燈泡拉出燈管母座。 （建議: 藉用類似衛(wèi)生紙或是乾的棉布,來抓住燈管玻璃使力，可以避免熱之侵襲。）
D.  反之,以全新的氙氣燈之插頭對(duì)準(zhǔn)燈管母座，小心地向前推動(dòng)，直至其牢固就位。
E.  再將前述之4個(gè)螺絲,鎖回透明鏡片.  好能于4顆螺絲全都鎖入螺絲孔后才鎖緊,可避免第4顆螺絲,難鎖入螺絲孔之現(xiàn)象.  至此,完成燈管更換了.

英文介紹：

 The xenon lamp should be replaced whenever Pokai stroboscopes fail to flash, flashes erratically or hold over (continuous arcing).
     Steps to replace the xenon lamp:

1. Unplug the power cord and wait at least 3 minutes before proceeding.  Besides, even though the power cord is unplugged already in any step of replacement, never touch circuits with nude fingers.
2. Remove the lens by turning out 4 lens screws.
3. Pull the lamp out of its socket by grasping it on the glass envelope and pulling outward with a rocking motion. ( Using something like toilet paper to cover on glass to avoid thermal heating is suggested.)
4. Insert the new lamp pins into the socket and carefully push the lamp forward until it is seated firmly.
5. Replace the lens of the stroboscope back and tighten the screws.
